Kreativ Koalas is a creative learning program designed to inspire young artists through engaging, hands-on art experiences. We offer a variety of classes and workshops that encourage students to explore different mediums, develop new skills, and express their unique ideas. Our curriculum blends art techniques with creative problem-solving, fostering confidence, imagination, and a lifelong love for the arts. Whether working with paints, clay, textiles, or mixed media, students are guided by experienced instructors who create a supportive and fun environment where every child can thrive.

We have successfully run our programs throughout Surrey and Langley, including at Cloverdale Hall, Gordon Greenwood Elementary, Crescent Heights Academy (CHA), Port Kells Elementary, Coyote Creek Elementary, Georges Vanier Elementary, and Rosemary Heights Elementary.

This term Winter 2026 we have secured space for afterschool programs at Rosemary Heights, Coyote Creek, Port Kells Elementary, Morgan Elementary, H.T. Thrift, Bridgeview Elementary, East Kensington Elementary, Simon Cunningham, and Bothwell!

Testimonials

Kreativ Koalas has been a fun and creative experience for my child. I’ve noticed she’s become more confident in her art and more interested in drawing. The instructor is very approachable and accommodating, and I would recommend the program to other families.
— Parent Sherry, Coyote Creek
The freedom to add details to her project. She loved being able to make creative choices and personalize her work instead of following a strict template.
— Kindergarten Parent, Judy
Lucas loved having the freedom to draw whatever he wanted, which helped him feel more creative. I’ve noticed his imagination has really grown through the art classes, and he’s been able to explore his ideas while developing new artistic skills. Overall, the program has been a very positive experience for him.
— Kindergarden Parent, Mobe, Rosemary Heights Elementary
I liked that the class was always positive, even when you made a mistake. I’m most proud of my snow globe, and I learned how to draw a pumpkin. Kreativ Koalas made me feel creative, confident, and happy. It’s a fun, creative class that helps you let your artistic side flow.
